Tournament Sponsors, Vendors and Food Trucks
The Columbus Day Tournament is the largest fundraiser of the year! In 2023, we will be celebrating the 21st Anniversary of the Tournament, and our 40th Anniversary as a program. The funds raised through the tournament go towards scholarships, turf maintenance and improvements, with the hopes of one day adding lights to the existing turf and expanding to a second turf field, ultimately expanding the playing time of our players.
We look to partner with Sponsors, Vendors and Food Trucks, to enhance the experience of the weekend long tournament; for not just Mansfield players, but players from other local towns and not so local such as Northboro, Hopkinton, Arlington and even teams as far as Plymouth and Harwich. Last year we had 90 teams and we look to expand that to 95 this year.
We welcome a variety of sponsors, vendors and food trucks. We are looking for sponsors to come with a tent for activities (such as cornhole, face painting, etc.), Silent Auctions, Raffle donations or equipment donations (ie: tents, tables, golf carts, etc.).
For Vendors and Food Trucks, we ask that they donate 10% of their sales back to Mansfield Youth Soccer. In return, we will advertise your business on our MYS Tournament page, MYS Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) and our TeamSnap Tournament mobile app. For vendors and food trucks, we request a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, which will be subtracted from the 10% donation.
Sponsors with a direct donation are also welcomed. In addition to being recognized with their Logo on MYS Tournament page, MYS Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) and the TeamSnap Tournament Mobile App, each level of sponsorship will receive:
- Lead Sponsor – Logo on 1st/2nd place T-shirts. Logo on MYS Homepage & Tournament Website and MYS Social Media Recognition at least 2 times. Field Sign and Optional Tent at Tournament.
- Secondary Lead Sponsor – Logo on 1st/2nd place T-shirts, Logo on Tournament Website and MYS Social Media Recognition at least 2 times. Field Sign and Optional Tent at Tournament.
- Gold Sponsor – Logo on Tournament Website and MYS Social Media Recognition at least once. Field Sign and Optional Tent at Tournament.
- Silver Sponsor – MYS Social Media Recognition at least once. Field Sign at Tournament.
- Bronze Sponsor – MYS Social Media Recognition at least once.
