Coupon Book Fundraiser
THANK YOU! for all your support in our Spring 2022 Coupon Book Fundraiser, helping it to be such a success!
We are still finalizing the totals, and will be in contact soon for sizes for those who won a T-shirt, Jacket or Joggers.
Our goal for this year’s fundraiser, is to raise enough funds to replace all of the Small Intown Goals and install a net along side of the turf field, to prevent balls from going into the swamp!

Details:
- Each player will receive 5 coupon books from their coach or team parent, to attempt to sell for $20/each
- The $20 per coupon book sold can be collected as cash or a check written to Mansfield Youth Soccer
- Once your initial 5 coupon books are sold, you may request extras from your coach/team parent or the Fundraising Director at mys.sponsor@gmail.com
- Turn in all money collected and unsold coupon books to your coach or team parent by 4/30
Important Dates:
- Saturday, April 16th – Fundraiser Begins
- Saturday, May 7th – Fundraiser Ends
Prizes:
For every 2 coupons sold, the player will get an entry into a raffle drawing for a 4-pack of Revs Tickets. The more coupons sold, the more prizes each player can win!
- 5 coupons sold – Winter Beanie
- 10 coupons sold – Custom MYS t-shirt
- 20 coupons sold – Custom MYS zip-up jacket
- 30 coupons sold – Custom pair of MYS joggers
*Prize tiers combine! If you sell 10 you get the beanie and t-shirt, if you sell 30 you get all prizes listed!
