Coach Evaluation Fall 2010/Spring 2011

This simple and confidential evaluation tool will be used to assist MYS to recognize coaches who are performing their duties positively. As an organization we also seek to identify areas that we need to help our coaches improve upon. MYS Coach Development is committed to ensuring that the product we supply, our volunteer coaches, are performing at a level that is appropriate and correct for our organizations’ Mission, and that we will continue to assist in the development of our coaches, thus positively improving our overall program.
